I'm not a regular red meat person so I haven't looked if they have grass-fed beef. Currently waiting on the wild salmon price to come down.<br /><br />I want to give protein shakes a try. Walnuts and cashews are good fatty protein sources. I also plan to chow down on guacamole and hummus, but that's pricey so I need to learn how to make it myself. I've started getting under weight. I'd be really interested to see what she comes up with. Is it going to be a protein shake kind of fix for her or is she going to try and eat more fatty foods?
